  1. 1 cup cracked wheat
  2. 2 cups water
  3. 1 small onion
  4. 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
  5. 1/2 cup spinach, chopped (who adds spinach to fried rice, we do! Remember heathifying the recipe ;))

  7. 1/2 cup french beans, chopped
  8. 3-4 scallions, chopped
  9. 2-3 green chillies, chopped
  10. 8-10 soya nuggets, cut into small pieces

  12. 1 tbsp oil
  13. 1 tbsp Schezwan paste
  14. 1tsp soy sauce
  15. 1tsp tomato sauce (optional)

  2. Bring water and cracked wheat to a boil. Season with salt.

  5. Then add the boil cracked wheat into the pan and cook well.
  6. Garnish with remaining scallions and sesame seeds.
