- Preheat your oil in a pot, ideally deep one for deep frying
- Method one for frying: cover hot dogs with batter then fry several at a time until lightly browned, then drain the oil in a paper towel
- Method two: same process as method one, but you can instead put your batter into a cup and insert wooden skewers into your hot dogs (ideal if normal sized not mini), dip the hotdogs into the batter cup then fry them till lightly browned
